Finally, all this yoga is paying off! I learned how to do something super-duper important today, how to stand on my head. :)
Seriously though, I've never had the muscle tone, power over my muscles, or balance to control my body in such a position. Plus I can hold it for about 8 seconds without having to lean up against a wall. All this new flexibility and control is pretty darn cool. Tuning your body to perfection has its dividends.
