Day 42: Tried a Pilates class this morning.

What a waste of time. I would pin it as yoga for beginners. Since I've been going to yoga classes and using the same stretching techniques in my everyday workouts, Pilates was far too simplistic for my current body. I could see the benefits as far as stability and ab strength go, but I get more of a workout with my current regiment. At least it only cost me $15.

As for the rest of the day, my Sunday has been fairly humdrum. I did whip up some delicious mushroom pork chops for dinner with a spread of fresh green beans and wild rice. So good!
