And I was hungry for the majority of it! I had a ton of veggies that I bought last week getting ready to go bad, so I choose to live out the day as a vegetarian. Perhaps not the most adventurous of pursuits, but new to me. :)
For breakfast, I had a strawberry shake made from tofu, strawberries, a banana, and a little water. Lunch was a medley of cooked veggies (squash, broccoli, carrots, hothouse cucumber, and green pepper) with some whole grain, brown rice and a bit of soy. Dinner was a gargantuan amount of veggie mixture in an enchilada form topped with some awesome roasted garlic salsa.
Can't say I really enjoyed the lack of my precious meats, but I certainly felt pretty good today. Very clean, I suppose.
